Meat-Tater Pie
Meat-Tater Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks pie crust mix, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. milk, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix crust according to package directions.
Put one crust into pie tin.
Mix all ingredients, except potatoes.
Put mixture in pie tin.
Top with potatoes.
Place second crust on top.
