Made with 1 lb. ground beef, bulk sausage and ground veal, 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley and 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil and oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat in heavy skillet; drain off fat.
Add onion, garlic and spices.
Cook until onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes and paste; simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
