Made with pie crusts (shell and top), c. roast beef, diced (left over), small onion, chopped, small potatoes, diced and medium carrots, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook carrots and potatoes together.
Put pie shell in pie pan. Layer the ingredients into the pie shell
Beef on bottom, onion, potatoes and carrots (drained).
Season and top with gravy.
Top pie with crust.
