Meat Pie
Meat Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. cooking fat, 3 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. diced celery and 1 c. diced, cooked meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Slowly brown onion, pepper, celery and meat in cooking fat, stirring constantly.
Add flour slowly, stirring constantly until brown.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat thoroughly.
Pour into shallow, well-oiled baking dish.
Cover with biscuits.
Bake in a hot 450Β° oven about 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
