Meat n' Potato Pie
Meat N' Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 carrots, grated, 1 onion, chopped, 1 rib celery, chopped and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350°.
In 9-inch pie plate, combine all ingredients except potatoes and cheese.
Pat mixture along bottom and sides.
Bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile mix potatoes with 2 tablespoons cheese.
Remove pie plate from oven and drain any excess liquid.
Increase oven temperature to 450°.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top of layer of potatoes on top of meat. Bake about 15 minutes or until heated through and potatoes are golden.
