Meat Muffins
Meat Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Brown beef and drain.
Mix beef with barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar and salt.
Open biscuits and press each into the cup of a muffin pan, making sure the dough goes up the sides of the cup.
Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups and sprinkle the top with 3/4 cup of cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
