Meat-Macaroni Casserole
Meat-Macaroni Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, onion (may add if preferred), 1 c. elbow macaroni, 1 can tomato soup and 1/4 lb. american cheese, cut in pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown hamburger (you may add onion if preferred).
While browning meat, cook macaroni and drain.
Add soup, cheese and mushrooms to hamburger mixture.
Pour into casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Add salt and pepper as desired.
(This is a great dish to make 3 or 4 of and store in freezer for baking later.
Great, especially when you work and have little time to get dinner.)
