Meat Loafettes
Meat Loafettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1 lb. ground chuck steak, salt and pepper, worcestershire sauce and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Set out ingredients, mixing bowl, measuring spoons and cups, fork, muffin tins and pot holders.
Set oven at 450°.
Beat egg in mixing bowl.
Add ground steak, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, bread crumbs and vegetable soup.
Mix lightly with fork. Butter 12 muffin tins.
Spoon meat mixture into muffin cups. Round off tops.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
