Meat Loaf Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 medium eggs, 1 1/2 stacks crackers, crushed, 14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (no chunks) and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Roll or pat out flat on waxed paper to edge.
Sprinkle with cheese and mushrooms.
Roll up, sealing ends.
Put in loaf pans.
(Makes two loaves.)
Bake at 350Β°, covered with foil, for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover for last 15 minutes.
