Meat Loaf Pinwheel
Meat Loaf Pinwheel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz, 1 1/2 c. cooked rice and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine meat, crumbs and 1/2 cheese, egg and salt.
Mix lightly.
Pat out meat to cover 12 x 10-inch of foil.
Combine cheese, rice and parsley.
Spread over meat and roll up, starting at narrow end.
Wrap securely.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Cut into 8 slices.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
