Meat Loaf Masterpiece is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs and 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Place in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
If desired, form a groove lengthwise along top of loaf 1/2 inch in depth and pour additional barbecue sauce in groove.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
