Meat Loaf Chowder
Meat Loaf Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. sausage, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix thoroughly beef, sausage, egg, salt and pepper and make into small meatballs.
Cook in a 350Β° oven until done.
Boil water and add soup mix.
Let simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Add meatballs, tomatoes, kidney beans and carrots.
Simmer all ingredients for 15 minutes, covered.
Add 1 cup of Minute rice. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered.
