Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 2 tbsp. chopped celery and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix well in large bowl.
Either divide and make 2 small loaves or make 1 large, topping both with tomato catsup.
Cook at 250Β° for about 2 1/2 hours.
Pack small potatoes and carrots around meat loaf.
Cover with foil and cook the same as meat loaf.
