Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. each ground beef, pork and veal, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 tbsp. onion flakes and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients well and put into a large baking dish. Make sure it is tall enough so the juice will not overflow. Spread 1/2 cup tomato soup over top of loaf.
Cover with foil and cook in oven at 375Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Cook last 15 minutes uncovered to brown.
