Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef (preferably sirloin), 1/4 lb. mild sausage, 1 egg, 4 to 6 slices bread (make crumbs) and 1 small onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

I use my food processor to chop onion and bread.
I then add egg, milk and seasonings and mix well.
Slowly add meats and mix extra well.
Pound down solidly into a round or square container (example
Cool Whip carton).
Freeze, covered.
When ready to use, turn crock-pot on high.
Spray inside with Pam or equivalent.
Cook all day.
Gets a nice thin crust.
Put onions, carrots and potatoes around the loaf and you have a complete dinner.
