Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground meat (lean), 1 to 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 (6 or 8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 egg and 4 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Beat egg in large bowl; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly, but do not overwork the mixture.
Pack into 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until done.
Spread with ketchup during the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking.
