Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. chopped onions and 2 tbsp. snipped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs, onions, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
Add beef; mix well.
Pat into an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
Spoon off fat.
Combine catsup, sugar and mustard; spread over meat.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
