Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1 tsp. prepared mustard and 1 egg, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl.
Set aside.
Combine egg, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of the tomato mixture and blend thoroughly.
Shape into an oval loaf and place in an oblong baking dish.
Make a depression in top of loaf. Pour remaining tomato sauce over top of meat.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
