Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 to 14 lb. lean ground beef, 1/3 c. salt or to taste, 2 finely chopped onions, 1 c. finely chopped bell pepper and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix meat, salt, onions, crumbs and pepper together well. Combine eggs and milk and add to mixture.
Then add tomato sauce and blend thoroughly.
Shape into loaves and place in shallow pan for baking.
Can be baked in shallow pans and cut in squares for serving.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
