Meat Filled Shells
Meat Filled Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box jumbo shells, 2 lb. ground beef, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. flavored bread crumbs and 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook shells according to directions on package; drain well. Brown beef in skillet; drain.
Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, oregano, salt and pepper.
Fill each shell with meat filling.
Spread thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Place shells in open side up.
Cover with rest of spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves a big family.
