Meat Cheese Ball
Meat Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 c. finely chopped pecans, 1 c. dried beef or ham, chopped fine and 1 or 2 tbsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream softened cheese and mayonnaise.
Add onion, horseradish and hot sauce.
Take 3/4 cup of pecans and all of meat.
Add to mixture.
Sprinkle remainder of nuts and parsley over ball.
