Meat Casserole
Meat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, crust removed, 1 onion, diced, 1 c. celery, diced, 1 c. diced green pepper and 1 c. diced meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the onion, celery, green pepper and meat with mayonnaise. Beat eggs and milk together.
Arrange bread in bottom of pan.
Top with meat mixture and rest of bread.
Let stand all night.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove.
Top with 1 1/2 cups cheese and 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
Bake 1/2 hour.
