Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 4 slices bread, crumbled, 1 egg, 1/3 c. milk and 6 qt. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

First 4 ingredients well.
Roll into small balls.
Bring water and salt to a boil.
Drop meatballs into water.
When they float to top, remove and drain.
Put in crock-pot or loaf pan. Pour over favorite sauce and bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
(We like barbecue sauce best.)
