Meat Balls
Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. water and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl, mix beef, eggs, bread crumbs, water, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Shape into meat balls.
Put meat balls on broiler pan; brown slightly on both sides.
Remove and put into the chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.
Simmer about 45 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen.
