Meat Balls

Mix ground beef, bread and milk; set aside.
In blender, mix egg, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix this with beef mixture. Roll into 30 balls.
Roll in flour and brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Drain, then add tomato juice, water, celery, carrots and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer; pour over meat balls and simmer 45 minutes.
