Meat Balls
Meat Balls is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/3 c. breadcrumbs (plain or flavored), 1/4 c. grated romano or locatelli cheese, 2 tsp. parsley and 1 egg, beaten well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Season the meat with the spices and add half the onion.
Add the egg.
Squnch it all together and then make 1 1/2-inch meat balls (seems to make between 10 and 12 of them).
Place in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Flip the balls over with a spoon.
