Meat Balls
Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 c. evaporated milk, 3/4 c. bread crumbs and 1 medium onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix ground beef, eggs, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper together well.
Form balls.
Brown meat balls in small amount of oil.
Mix together hot water, bouillon cubes, mushroom soup and chicken soup and pour over browned meat balls. Bake in 300Β° oven for 2 1/2 hours.
