Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped green pepper, 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, 5 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 envelope onion soup mix and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine milk, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and soup mix. Blend well.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add beef and mix well.
Mixture will be moist.
Shape into balls, using 1 tablespoon for each. Place on a rack.
Broil 5 to 6 minutes; do not turn.
