Meat Balls
Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 chopped onion, 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. minced parsley and 1-1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Shape into balls the size of a walnut, and brown in 1/4 c. hot fat.
Remove meat, and stir into fat 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper.
Stir in 1 c. boiling water and 3/4 c. sour cream.
Return meat to gravy, and cook 15 minutes.
6 to 8 servings.
