Meat and Potatoes
Meat And Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 medium potatoes, sliced, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 small onion, diced fine, small bits of parsley, chopped fine and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
The chuck, onion, parsley and oil on top of stove. Simmer until meat is done.
Add to meat mixture one small can tomato sauce plus 1 1/2 cans of water.
Cook for 20 minutes. Place sliced potatoes in casserole dish, salt and pepper to taste and pour meat mixture over.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
