Meadow Muffins
Meadow Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. hamburg, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, 1 slice bread and 1/4 c. barbecue sauce or ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook beef, green pepper and onion until meat is brown.
Remove from heat and drain off fat.
Crumble the bread and add to the meat mixture along with the barbecue sauce (or ketchup).
