Mayonnaise Cake

Sift together the flour, sugar, soda and cocoa.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° until done, when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and frost with your favorite chocolate fudge frosting.
