Mayonnaise Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. yellow cornmeal, 1 c. milk and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine flour, milk and mayonnaise, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with oil.
