Mayonnaise
Mayonnaise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard, 3/4 tsp. salt, dash of cayenne and dash of black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place all ingredients, except 2/3 cup salad oil, in blender container. Cover and blend at medium speed for 5 seconds. Remove cover insert. Quickly pour 2/3 cup oil in center of egg mixture in a steady stream while blending at medium speed.
Blend until mixture is thick and smooth.
Yields approximately 1 1/4 cups.
