Master Pie Mix is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 lb. or 16 c. flour, 3 lb. shortening and 1 1/2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Start with 1/3 cup cold water for 2 cups of mix and add more, if needed.
Two cups of mix will make 1 double crust pie.
This is enough for approximately 24 single pie crusts and may be stored on the kitchen shelf in 2 Tupperware Econo canisters.
