Mix dry ingredients.
Add 2/3 cup of milk or water and beat for 2 minutes.
Add rest of milk or water, eggs and vanilla and beat 2 more minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12 or two 8-inch pans.
Bake at 275Β° for 25 minutes.
