Mashed Potatoes Supreme
Mashed Potatoes Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1/2 stick margarine and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook potatoes as you would for mashing.
Drain.
Beat cream cheese, butter and sour cream until well blended.
Add into hot potatoes and beat until light and fluffy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put into 2-quart casserole dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
This can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
