Mashed Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (1 lb.) potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. butter or oleo, 1/2 c. milk and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix well the first 4 ingredients.
Add eggs, salt and sour cream; mix well.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with margarine. Refrigerate.
When ready to use, put in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
Be sure to cover with foil.
This can be made 2 or 3 days in advance.
Good to use when you don't want to have gravy.
