Mashed Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. idaho potatoes, 1 stick butter, 1 c. heavy cream, 3 c. shredded swiss cheese, divided and bread crumbs (plain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut potatoes in half.
Boil potatoes until done, but not overcooked.
Put butter and cream in large bowl.
Add potatoes and mash until smooth.
Add salt to taste.
Add 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese; mix well.
Put into large 9 x 13 pan.
Top with 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese; sprinkle with plain bread crumbs (not too heavy). Dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° until top is nice and golden.
