Mashed Potato Soup
Mashed Potato Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and quartered, 1/2 lb. carrots, chopped (1/2 bag mini carrots), 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped, 1/2 onion, chopped and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place all in saucepan.
Add enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil, then simmer until all veggies are tender.
Mash all together, then add 1 stick butter and enough warm milk to make soup consistency.
If becomes too thin, add Potato Buds to thicken.
