Mashed Potato Cake
Mashed Potato Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. cold, mashed potatoes and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
