Mashed Party Potatoes
Mashed Party Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium potatoes, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/4 c. sour cream (can use a little more if the potatoes seem too dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook potatoes; blend sour cream and cream cheese.
Add to cooked potatoes and mash.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put into greased casserole dish; brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

(Can be made the day before and heated when ready to eat.)
