Marzetti
Marzetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup, 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans mushroom soup, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute onion and celery and add to hamburger mixture.
Cook noodles in salted water until done; drain and add to meat mixture. Put in casserole and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Can be eaten before baking.
This dish freezes very well.
One small green pepper can be added with the onion and celery.
Serves 8 to 10 normal appetites.
