Mary's Sugar Cookies
Mary'S Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 1 c. butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. almond, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together the first 2 ingredients.
Mix in the egg, vanilla and almond. Mix together the flour, soda and cream of tartar, add to creamed mixture.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Heat oven to 375.
Roll dough out and cut into shapes.
Sprinkle with sugar. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet for 7-8 minutes.
