Mary's Cheesecake
Mary'S Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 3/4 c sugar and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Follow directions for cake mix.
In separate bowl, mix Ricotta, eggs and sugar.
Blend until smooth.
Pour cake mix in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish, then pour Ricotta mixture on top of the cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Fifteen minutes before cake is done, sprinkle some cinnamon-sugar on the top of cake.
