Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In an electric mixer bowl combine carrots, eggs, sugar and oil.
Beat until well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
Pour into 2 oiled and floured 9-inch pans.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool layers.
Frost.
