Martha's Fudge
Martha'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 (7 oz.) jar kraft marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
Bring to full rolling boil.
Stir constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Continue stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
