Martha's Cabbage Roll
Martha'S Cabbage Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cooked rice, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. catsup and tomato juice, mixed, 1/4 lb. pork sausage and 10 cabbage leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Add all ingredients, except tomato juice and cabbage, to the meat.
Wilt the cabbage leaves in hot water.
Place the meat mixture in the cabbage leaves, fasten with a toothpick and put in a baking pan.
Pour tomato juice over stuffed cabbage.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour and 30 minutes to two hours.
