Marshmallow Yam Bake
Marshmallow Yam Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can pineapple slices, 2 cans yams, 1/4 c. flour, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Line square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with pineapple.
Place drained yams on the top, along with 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice.
Mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and salt until coarse crumbs and sprinkle over top of yams.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over yams. Broil until brown.
Serve.
