Marshmallow Puffs
Marshmallow Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crushed pineapple and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, oleo and egg and cream well.
Add pineapple, flour, baking soda and nuts.
Mix well.
Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes.
When cookie is baked, put 1/2 marshmallow on each, sticky side down, while resting on oven door.
Put back in oven 1 second.
Remove and cool on cloth.
Frost cookie; dip in coconut and put cherry on top.
